This consultation package is great for clients with mild health conditions and for those who eat already well but would like to lift their diet and lifestyle to a higher level. During the consultation we are reviewing how you feel in your body, current health condition, diet and lifestyle focusing on the problems which you would like to particularly address. If possible we also look at blood test results and other medical examinations. What is important for me is to find out a root cause for presenting conditions and start the support from this point. The initial consultation lasts approx 60 minutes. It is led online (by Skype, Facebook). After the session the client receives by e-mail a nutrition plan which includes information about what food needs to be avoided, and what food needs to be introduced, together with dosage information and tips how to implement it in the daily routine. The plan is personalized and created individually for every client. It includes: - initial consultation with full assessment of your health - assessment of your nutritional needs - nutritional plan recommendation - functional testing recommendation (if necessary) - 2 follow up consultations (30 mins) within 6 weeks - biweekly e-mail contact/phone calls within 6 weeks - inspirational recipes - health supporting lifestyle recommendations The price 250 Euro covers initial consultation and all follow up consultation and phones and e-mails.
