A quick and tasty dinner recipe from my yesterday's story - tacos!
It is full of flavor and nourishing ingredients for you
I actually like the combination of meat with beans in Mexican dishes - how about you?
The variety of spices add a lot of flavor.
Here comes the recipe:
300g of bio minced beef
1 jar/dose of red kidney beans
1/3 glass of tomatoes passata
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sweet pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
a bit of chili
Chop the onion in very small pieces and fry on olive oil till soft, add pressed garlic and fry for another minute, add meat and spices- fry till it stops being row, add beans and tomatoes.
Serve with corn tacos (you would need 12 pieces for this portion)
Additional toppings:
Tomatoes salsa: chop tomatoes with onion and parsley, add a bit of olive oil and lemon juice
sweet corn from the can
guacamole
yogurt (in my case goat's yogurt)
Really nice dish if you want to impress your family or friends
